I love exploring the relationships between multiple disciplines. I have taught classes in drama, improv, yoga, circus arts, gymnastics and music.

Parent/Child Educator
I teach a variety of arts-integrated parent/child classes and CPS enrichment for children age 0-4 to promote healthy sensory, motor and emotional development. These classes are meant to strengthen the bond between a child and their primary caregiver, while teaching the adults how to gently facilitate their child's development, curiosity, ingenuity and autonomy.




Aloft Circus Arts
Circus Arts Instructor
I lead beginning and advanced beginning trapeze classes for adults, with an emphasis on body awareness. mobility and anatomy. I also teach general circus arts and mixed aerial to kids 4-6 and 7- 12, incorporating vestibular and proprioceptive exercises to help their gross motor development and body awareness, as well as employing social emotional learning techniques to build positive relationships and emotional well-being.

I am currently completing an Expressive Arts Facilitation training program through The Northwest Creative & Expressive Arts Institute in pursuit of a ‘REACE’ accreditation (Registered Expressive Arts Consultant/Educator)with the

My artistic journey is inspired by arts activist Marty Pottenger and how they utilize different modalities, including theatre, to strengthen community dialogue around challenging issues.
I will apply my REACE accreditation and trainings to my theatrical work; continuing to create my own devised works, and facilitating intermodal expressive arts practices in the Chicago community as a form of conflict transformation and community peace-building.

Aloft has hired me as an Expressive Arts facilitator for their Professional Training Program students. I have facilitated visual art, movement and writing with them addressing the “Inner Critic” and how it impedes the creative process in act creation.
